Ingredients

2 big Potatoes
2 big Big Onion
Seasame Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
2 Green chilli
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
200 ml Hot water
Salt
1/2 teaspoon Gram flour/Besan flour

    Poori Kizhangu or Poori Masala is a simple recipe. It’s made with potato and onion and other simple ingredients.

    Boil and peel the potato and have all the ingredients ready

    Heat oil in the pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. While mustard seeds and cumin seeds starts spluttering add chopped onion and green chilli then saute it for few seconds. Add mashed potato and turmeric powder.

    Add salt and hot water; mix it well and bring it to boil for 3 mins. Add gram flour, water and mix it well.
