Ingredients

200 gm Paneer Cut into very small pieces
1 big size Onion Finely chopped
1 small size Capsicum Finely chopped
2 Green chilli Finely chopped
1 big size Tomato Finely chopped
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Small quantity Coriander leaves Finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Chicken masala powder
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
Oil For frying
Salt

Pepper Paneer is easy to prepare. I usually prepare this as a tea time snack. This is also good for a starter or as a side dish. It’s one of the favorite of my kids.

Preparation of Ingredients

Finely chop the Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Coriander leaves and cut the Paneer into small pieces.

Mix the Paneer with Chicken Masala Powder. Heat the oil in a kadai. Once the oil turns hot add the Paneer and fry it until it turns golden brown.

Add some oil to a pan and heat it. Add mustard and curry leaves to it. When the mustard starts spluttering add the chopped Onions, Capsicum,Salt and saute it for a minute. Then add some pepper powder as required.

Now is the time to add Red Chillie powder,Chicken masala powder, Garam masala powder and finely chopped tomato to it and mix it well. Immediately add the fried Paneer and again mix it well. Finally add chopped coriander leaves
