4 Chicken wings
Required Salt
10 big Garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
2 tablespoon Corn Flour
1/4 teaspoon Tomato Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Soya Sauce
Coriander leaves
Water
Oil
Curry leaves

    Chicken Lollipop is a popular Indian Chinese Cusine. This is prepared from Chicken Wings. Just like the Chicken 65 this is a deep fried Chicken dish. It’s very good appetizer. Whenever we dine out, we always have this as a starter. Since my kids love this very much I started making this at home. Once you get the Chicken wings, it is real easy to prepare the dish!

    Preparation

    Clean the Chicken wings. Chop garlic and coriander leaves. Have the other ingredients ready

    Add all the ingredient to the chicken and mix it well by adding some water in small quantities. Refrigerate and let it marinate at least for 30 minutes to 2 hours. The longer it marinates the tastier and crispier it would be.

    Heat oil in a pan and put it in high flame. Add the marinated chicken wings to the pan one by one.

    Note: Add the Chicken to the pan with high flame and let it cook in a medium flame.
