2 inch piece Ginger finely chopped
3 Green chilli
a spring or less Curry leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

    I bought this cabbage last week for salads and sandwiches. Since it was a big one, even after salads, half of it was occupying space in the fridge for this whole week. hence today i decided to make a fry out of it. Unexpectedly it was a big hit! This not only added color to our lunch but also its crunchiness and flavor made everyone get it for the second time(there was nothing left for the third time!LOL).     Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds to it. Once it starts spluttering add curry leaves, ginger and green chillies and saute them for a minute

    Then add chopped cabbage and stir it occasionally until it is half cooked. Then add salt and garam masala to it and continue stirring now and then.

    In 10 to 15 minutes check for the desired crunchiness and turn it off once you get it. Thats it! Cabbage fry ready!
