- 4 cups purple cabbagechopped
- 2 inch piece Gingerfinely chopped
- 3 Green chilli
- a spring or less Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
I bought this cabbage last week for salads and sandwiches. Since it was a big one, even after salads, half of it was occupying space in the fridge for this whole week. hence today i decided to make a fry out of it. Unexpectedly it was a big hit! This not only added color to our lunch but also its crunchiness and flavor made everyone get it for the second time(there was nothing left for the third time!LOL).
