Beetroot jam is a very flavorful dish, the kids will love it. Beetroot has many health benefits and along with dates added it makes a good appetizer.  Even people who hate Beetroot will love this. This tastes great with bread and my kids love to eat just the jam alone. You can store it in a refrigerator for a week at least in a tight container. If you are storing it in a fridge, it would be good to reheat before having it. This Beetroot jam with the main ingredient as dates, is not only a tasty one, but also a very healthy one with lots of iron nutrition.

    Hi ,
I tried it and it turned out delicious. Even my kids (who run away on seeing beetroot) liked it very much. I gave it to them spreading on chapati for lunch. Omg! the lunch box is empty. Thanks a lot.
